Total Assurance Warranty with Qualification (TAW/QU)

This contract is valid for 2 years after installation completion.
The first qualification of the system will be carried out after installation.
During those two years every service intervention is covered.
One performance maintenance and the second qualification will be carried out, after the first year of the installation.

The following is covered as part of this contract:

  • Parts
  • Labor hours
  • Travel time
  • Performance Maintenance Kits during the maintenance
  • Qualifications

Not included are consumables (capillaries, ferrules, pressure screws, vials).

Empower3 Support Plan

The following is covered as part of this contract:

  • Basic Personal license, containing 5 named user license
  • Entitlement to receive Empower Upgrades free of charge during the contract-period
  • 15% discount on SW installations on-site
  • Exclusive access to the "Waters Connections Elite Support Center" at www.waters.com
  • 15% Discount on Empower trainings
  • Free of charge phone-support provided by our expert-centers. Contract partner receive priority treatment

Additional information regarding the content of this contract can be found in the attached SOC (statement of coverage) for Empower Empower3 software qualification option for 2 years

This option can only be purchased with a Support Plan and is valid for 2 years after installation completion.
The first qualification of the system will be carried out after installation.
During the maintenance of the system the second qualification will be carried out.

After this period, the contract will be converted to a Total Assurance Plan with qualification (TAP/QU) type.

This Option is only available with related System.
